Synopsis
A rookie detective must figure out how a cold case and an illicit relationship tie into a devastating fire
A rookie detective is assigned to a new case investigating a mysterious fire that broke out at a holiday home in a Lancashire lake town. As she digs through the evidence, she must work out how the fire is connected to a podcaster looking into a cold case, and a 20-something-year-old man having an illicit relationship with two underage girls.

The Jetty is a British mystery-thriller television series produced by Firebird Pictures for the BBC. The series is created and written by Cat Jones (Harlots), and Chilean screenwriter and director Marialy Rivas helms the production. The series takes place in four parts.
The Jetty stars Jenna Coleman as rookie detective Ember Manning. Coleman is known for her previous role as Clara on Doctor Who, as Victoria in ITV’s BAFTA-nominated series of the same name, and as Marie-Andrée Leclerc in the BBC series The Serpent. She is joined in the main cast by Bridgerton’s Ruby Stokes, Happy Valley’s Amelia Bullmore, Game of Thrones star Ralph Ineson, and House of the Dragon’s Tom Glynn-Carney. Other cast members include Weruche Opia, Dominic Coleman, Avid Ajala, and others.
