Aunque todos disponemos de 24 horas al dia, si las gestionas de una forma correcta, se saca tiempo para todo. Creo que lo mas importante, es tomar periodos de descanso absoluto cada cierto tiempo. Por otro lado, hay temporadas de trabajo mas intenso y otras de menos. Esto es normal. La carga de trabajo varia y eso esta bien, siempre que lo llevemos con total naturalidad. Hacer lo que a uno le gusta es un privilegio y cada dia es diferente y muy enriquecedor. No es dificil encontrar el equilibrio con un planing en el que vemos la planificacion semanal.
