First and foremost, I would start by redefining your role in the relationship. Clients should see you as a partner in their journey, not someone who`s always available to solve every issue. By doing this, you naturally position yourself as an advisor, not just a service provider. Second, I would emphasize on healthy interactions. When the client see that communication is productive and efficient, they`ll begin to respect your time. When it comes to energy management, i would reprioritize time to invest more in areas that invigorate you. If a client consistently drains your energy, it might be time to reassess the relationship and evaluate whether it aligns with your values and long-term goals. And this is the main thing to think about.

To set boundaries with demanding clients without burning out: 1. *Set Clear Expectations:* Define communication hours, response times, and project scopes upfront. 2. *Use "I" Statements:* Politely assert your needs, like “I need time to focus on other tasks.” 3. *Limit Availability:* Use scheduling tools to manage calls and meetings. 4. *Prioritize Tasks:* Focus on high-impact work; delay or delegate less urgent tasks. 5. *Stay Consistent:* Enforce boundaries consistently to build respect. 6. *Practice Self-Care:* Take breaks and recharge to maintain your energy and effectiveness.
