Aside from aligning in terms of skills, we should also ensure good team chemistry. 2) Clear task list for each member. Everybody must carry their own weight and understand their part in the project. 3) Strong project governance and communication mechanisms. Regular stand-ups allow for quick team huddles that not only checks on progress but also helps ensure the team is able to pivot and provide focus where it is needed the most based on the situation at hand. 4) Mitigate failures and reward success! Use Stakeholders Register and perform SEAM (Stakeholders Engagement Assessment Matrix) in order to determine the current level and desired level of engagement. 2. Using engagement strategies of SEAM develop a communication plan to fulfill the strategies. 3. Understand stakeholders preferences in terms of level of detail, frequency, format, medium and tailor communication plan to meet their communication requirements. 4. Monitor engagement to refine communication plan on Iterative basis. Any lapse of communication will be leading to failure and delays.
