I will ensure that my classroom is a place where each student feels heard and respected in this diverse, dynamic setting. I will encourage honest dialogue by allowing all my students the opportunity to share their thoughts through group discussions, one-on-one check-ins, and interactive activities so that I actually hear their voices. I'd celebrate the unique background and perspective that each of my students brings into the classroom and utilize materials and learning styles to honor their diversity and uniqueness. Most of the time, empathy and inclusiveness require zero tolerance for instances of bias or exclusion. Therefore, I would have an open-door policy and ensure mutual respect among all people to keep everybody heard and valued.

The diversity in a single classroom is always a challenge. In order to meet the objectives of everyone you need to work on different aspects: 1/ You need to work on the awarness of the group by doing a quick quiz or assessment so that people can realize the diversity of the class and their own level. 2/ You need to deliver a level harmonisation and reminders to make sure all of the students are havin the same level. 3/ The ones who don't have the prerequisites will need to do an extra work after the class everyday and come earlier than the other to ask their questions. This will allow to decrease the gap between the students during the day course 4/ You need to deliver the theory to all students and devide them on small groups to practice
