Depending on the situation, communicating with the client on what is going one is important but also having a plan for how to proceed is another thing that is needed. What other times are available? Can it be done at a later time that day or does everything have to be moved? What fees are their? What happened for this to have happened? What can be done today? Get the answers to have for the client. Be a step ahead of the clients needs and worries.
