Es usual escuchar que las personas se resisten al cambio, no les gusta salir de su zona de confort y les cuesta adaptarse a los cambios.
Si los cambios son necesarios, expliqueselo a su equipo, además de comunicarles el porque se deben hacer.
Escuche opiniones y comentarios, pero no confunda el de informar a pedir permiso. El que lidera el equipo es usted, si decidió hacer los cambios requeridos, es porque considera necesario realizarlos, sea permeable a las opiniones y comentarios, pero el líder es usted.

O ideal seria começar promovendo um diálogo aberto e transparente sobre as preocupações e benefícios da mudança. Envolvendo a equipe no processo de planejamento para aumentar o comprometimento e fornecendo suporte e treinamento contínuos.
Reconhecer e celebrar os pequenos sucessos para manter a moral alta. Além de estar aberto a feedback e ajustes a abordagem conforme necessário. Criando assim, um ambiente colaborativo e facilitando a aceitação da mudança.
