During system downtime, keep morale high with transparent communication and regular updates. Encourage the team to focus on tasks that dont rely on the system as i faced many system downtimes in my past jobs experiences, so we have to focus on other offline job task such as brainstorming, work files go-through, Maintenance or skill developments. Acknowledge overall team efforts and celebrate small wins once the issue is resolved.

Identify tasks that can still be accomplished while the system is down, such as documentation, planning, training, or team meetings to prevent a standstill and helps maintain productivity.
