Having a structured, neutral discussion set up with each person able to voice their concerns. Move away from emphasis on individual disagreements to emphasis on shared goals. If necessary define roles and responsibilities clearly, so you don’t end up with overlaps in the future. Myself, I once found myself in the exact same problem and with open dialogue, open doors and getting everyone realigned on the same objective we were able to rapidly diffuse tensions and hence up the collaboration fast.

A few things that should be done from the beginning is clear communication. Simple instructions that allow the team to know what their position is, what is expected from their position and empowering them to find solutions. If there is a power struggle then positions are not clear, talk to the team to find out what is happening, allow them to find a solution to the problem and encourage them to work as a team and not independently of the project allows. Remind them if they succeed then the entire team succeeds.
