Capacitação: Desenvolver a equipe tende a garantir que todos tenham as habilidades para trabalhar de forma eficiente. 3. Celebrar: Celebrar os pequenos avanços. Essa ação motiva a equipe e eleva a sensação de progresso e realização. 4. Autonomia: Devemos dar autonomia para a equipe para que eles possam dar ideias, sugerir melhorias e implementar/verificar os resultados. 5. Melhoria contínua: Favorecer um ambiente onde o aprendizado contínuo é estabelecido. As falhas são oportunidades de crescimento. 6. Reconhecimento: Reconhecer a colaboração. Lean is basically a culture which involve various tools to implement this culture in the organisation. some practices like 5S, Safety, standardisation, MUDA elimination and TPM strengthens the basic foundation required for lean implementation. We can keep the employees motivated by engaging them in these activities. Also rewards and timely recognition is very much essential to keep them motivated.

By involving them from the start, and keeping them involved. Changing minds is difficult. Time and effort is important, but consistency and patience are the keys.

First of all Lean is Lean (No Extra) We need to Understand we have to Cultivate the Lean culture in the organisation,So that Mind set will be evolved across the people. And Slowly we have to Engage th people with Lean tools with Management support for Rewards and recognition.
