Create a special stakeholder communication structure for the launch. For eg. T-14 days out from launch I increase the communication cadence. Daily standups with all stakeholders to describe the product priorities, and then EOD provide daily summaries of their progress. This allows stakeholders the realtime updates but also delegates any action items required to ensure the product stays on track for launch. It also fosters a more cohesive effort where stakeholders will be proactive in sharing any wins/challenges that they experience prior to launch.
