Actually, I somewhat disagree on solving puzzles daily. Solving puzzles is more of a hobby than actual skill to be mastered. It's always good to take challenges in solving puzzles but including them in your daily routine may either make you addicted to puzzles or affect your mental health. Instead of puzzle solving, we can opt for game which include fun as well as exercise for daily basis.

Reflection is undoubtedly a very important tool for improvement. I have made it a point to meticulously keep all debriefing notes and review them periodically. Many insights gained during training sessions, line flights and training flights serve in enhancing safety. Merely reading makes no sense if one does not reflect on what has been read. In the same manner it is also important to reflect on what one sees and hears.
