Everyone has different backgrounds. Previous roles at other jobs. Training from different schools and universities. This means everyone has a different perspective on the same task. Let everyone one by one go around and give out ideas. Some may agree on one practice. Others may agree on something else. Maybe one guy has some off the wall idea. Why not give them all their chance. Split off into 3 teams and try them all. See what works and what does not. Make sure whatever strategy that does not work is not made fun of, but instead supported for their efforts in trying something. We learn from failures. Not every idea is a good one. And That's OK. But by trying all ideas equally we all learn what works and what doesn't, as a Team.
