Imagine you’re playing a game, and you need to follow certain rules to win. If you’re not playing by the rules, you won’t win. My job is to make sure our game (social media) follows the right rules (company goals). To fix it, I’ll first understand the rules we need to follow. Then, I’ll change how we play the game to make sure it matches those rules. Just like when you need to change your game plan to win, I’ll adjust our social media plans to help the company reach its goals and be successful.
