- Escuta atenta e ativa, demonstrar interesse pelo outro e se importar realmente com o que ele sente, tirar dúvidas, perguntar e garantir que a compreensão foi efetiva. A liderança é o ponto de apoio dos liderados e deve servir a esse propósito;
- Promover uma cultura de comunicação aberta para que as pessoas se sintam encorajadas a compartilhar ideias, opiniões, problemas e preocupações, realizar reuniões objetivas, bate papos, rodas de conversa, criar interações no dia a dia e sempre estar aberta a sugestões;
- Oferecer e solicitar feedbacks regulares, naturalizar essa troca terá um direcionamento natural para que as críticas sempre sejam construtivas.
