I think, it can be useful for not to lose the know how. Agile has a big opportunity for it. 1- Set daily meetings not much more 15 minutes. 2- Work with small aims and steps but detailed tasks for each team members. 3- Use a project management tool or MS Excel for writing the tasks. 4- When you are creating the tasks, take a short list with work details from who will do it. 5- If you have a problem, write the solution to the same list. 6- Weekly or monthly prepare a before/after slide. 7- Keep all the documents in a software or a database of company. You will have your own know/how with your team. Even if the members of them can change, you will not lose the knowledges.
