Aufgabe des Teamleads ist es die Kapazitäten abzugleichen und zu schauen, dass alle Mitglieder ihre Rollen richtig wahrnehmen und zur rechten Zeit die Inhalte in geforderter Qualität abliefern. I've found that people perform their best when they can focus on one thing they are proficient at. The human brain is a monotasker, which means our brains are wired to focus on and complete one task at a time. With that in mind, carefully analyze and identify which team members are skilled or talented in certain areas and then assign them those responsibilities and tasks exclusively. This will ensure that every member of your team is contributing their value to the team equally.
