In my experience, I have come up with creative ways to keep my team engaged, such as: team building sessions (going to a food drive and packaging food for the homeless) not only is it free it is rewarding. I leveraged LinkedIn learning for professional development needs with my team as the company at the time provided this to all employees. LinkedIn learning has a vast amount of trainings, webinars etc. that employees were encouraged to attend. I also met individually with each team member and created a professional development plan and curated the LinkedIn learnings to the career aspiration.
