Provide training sessions on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Include topics on unconscious bias, microaggressions, and the importance of allyship. Use workshops and discussions to foster understanding and create Safe Spaces: Establish forums or groups where employees can share experiences and discuss challenges related to diversity. These spaces encourage open dialogue and help build trust.

By bringing in underepresentate people like me/us (Neurodivergent) to the table to diversify hiring teams. Call out bias when they occur and pushback when they happen. If someone has a bias towards a group of people(s). Getting them to sensitivity training right away is the best option long term but in the short term remove them from the team. Make sure you have equitable relationships with current employees and remove all barriers this includes recruitment & selection.
