From my perspective as a regulatory person/R&D i see that looking together for innovative solutions with our suppliers is key: Alternative materials, blends & mixes that could help us together finding the perfect ideas to overcome distributions, the approach of “we are partners to face challenges “ will enable our suppliers to help us better and will grow our trust relationship.

The first thing is to have a proper conversation and what is the proper quantity required and when it is required. Second thing if the vendor is supplying from long days we can communicate like as u know ur the regular supply for us. Third thing needed to check why he was not sending and what the issue was. Weather because of price/costing. Need to discuss with him regarding the raw material required and more over before the product reaches to lover level (balance level) we need to raise the purchase order to get the product on time without any gaps in production.
