Important to show a united front when negotiating with 3rd parties 2- know your client/vendor. Gather intel from past contracts, deals etc and see what can be leveraged, or if there are any lessons learnt 3- devil is always in the details. Delegate the relevant contract sections to the relevant deal team members to ensure all sections are properly reviewed & drafted. 4- If necessary - give early heads up to leads on deal in case need special approvals
