Well there are a few steps that you can take to ensure high quality standards in your BPO operations. - Ensure a complete, detailed and well documented knowledge base that will be used as the single source of truth. - Teams should be trained on SOPs for all possible customer interaction scenarios (or for any other form of operations like data entry or backend operations). - Set up a quality department for regular quality checks. - Set up business compliance, legal compliance and customer compliance as three different quality check points. - Have the clients perform audits on your agents and then perform audit on audit to calibrate your QA team with the client's. - Invest in senior resources. It's always better to retain than train.
