I imagine you’d want to attract the kind of people that show up to work and do the job that you need them to do. What I’ve heard from many people in a variety of industries in America is that they’re struggling with getting people to show up at all. The turnover rate is at an all-time high. I think interviewing people and asking them what are their long-term ambitious dreams and goals and then follow up with them to see if they’re meeting them
