Every human is unique and we need to embrace it. Training methods may vary but they should be engaging and as per the audience's needs. Trainer need to understand the important rule Know your audience and then there will be easy sailing.

Training methods should not be on the trainer's comfort. It has to be a win-win proposition. The participants should also feel that the methodologies are made considering them as well. If there is no connection with the participants, then the best of the best methodology will also fail. Thus, we need to first understand the expectations of the learners & then framing the methodology will work.

Actively listen and identify the core objectives that all parties share, such as improving skills or enhancing performance. Highlight common goals to shift the focus from methods to outcomes.
