Por isso prezo o relacionamento com eles, e não deixo de valorizar a comunicação com os mesmos. O sucesso de uma obra só se obtém se, todos “remarmos” na mesma direção, desde o dono da obra ao subempreiteiro mais pequeno. Para tal temos que saber ouvir o que estes dizem, aceitarmos as suas dificuldades, pois no fim são as nossas. E ajudar na busca de soluções que os ajudem a supera-las, pois se eles as superarem, estamos nós a superar as nossas. One thing i find helpful is trying to approach the subcontractor in a friendly maner and explain how and why the communication is important and propose solutions and more important ask for feedback maybe the existing communication channels are not so friendly.
