Reuniões semanais são necessárias para que todos saibam o que está sendo feito dentro da equipe, assim é possível atualizar o andamento das tarefas e mapear quais são os impedimentos que precisam da intervenção da liderança. Esse momento também serve como troca de ideias e sugestões. A liderança deve conduzir esses encontros e transformar em um momento seguro, para que todos se sintam à vontade para contribuir.

What is working? What no longer serves the group or purpose? What else should we consider in light of the adjustments? This offers people a chance to voice concerns, share ideas and celebrate persistence in the face of change.
