In past situations like this I have done the following : Assess risk to schedule Communicate with all parties involved. Look at ways to mitigate the risk (levers could include the following: hire additional staff, look for alternative sources, pay an expedite premium, enforce contract penalties if contractually available just to name several levers). We have not been told the reason for the changes but a better understanding of the changes would help in making sure the proper levers are used.

Baseado em experiências passadas, a melhor forma de evitar transtornos com tempo e mudanças repetinas nos contratos é, de fato, contar com os imprevistos ao calcular o tempo para realizar a ação. Parece clichê e é mesmo: imprevistos acontecem. Neste caso, é importante que se tenha um líder experiente e que a equipe esteja alinhada para alcançar o objetivo. As mudanças, desde que não alterem o teor principal do contrato, podem ser adaptadas e estudadas para posteriormente serem acrescentadas ao contrato. Em qualquer caso, é muito importante ter uma equipe preparada e que tenha conhecido sobre o assunto. Isto facilitará as mudanças, mesmo que repentinas.
