Most important is that the Team is aware that you are open to suggestions and even criticism-You set a 360 feedback mechanism and show that you do put tangible policies based on their suggestions.Encourage this and show a continuous attempt to involve all at all stages.

There are various ways to ensure that everyone’s voice and vote are counted. First it should be ensured that each person is reached out by the leader to get his views on the important topics or concerns. Secondly leader should invite individual suggestions and feedback first before discussing anyone person’s views. He should also not show any liking or disliking on anyone’s suggestion before all suggestions are not tabled. Pros and cons of each suggestion and feedback shall be discussed with open mind and final decision shall be taken.
