- IT Strategy shift relates business priorities, not for mere disruption. - Change is the constant here.Down level IT activities don't change overwhelmingly. Mostly remain BUT their respective buckets may change. - Group of those activities need to be serialised in the order of business actions. For ex. Earlier quality inspection might be the first one t execute but that process is now automated and now focus is more on agility. So activities will align accordingly. - Its imperative to do a rehersal and regular governance with new set of process if its complying to new strategy AND if its able to support business strategy. - Remember, business strategy and IT strategy work hand in hand. And it will evolve with change in outer world.

The situation is exactly why you should dive deeper rather than just stop at objectives / goals / startegies / metrics level.
