Balancing a client's passion with practical career options can be tricky. First, have an honest conversation about what drives them and what they’re passionate about. Then, explore how that passion can be incorporated into a viable career path. Sometimes, this might mean finding a role that uses their passion in a more practical way or starting with a more stable job while they build experience in their passion on the side. Look for careers that can offer both personal fulfillment and financial stability. It's about creating a plan that allows them to pursue their passion while also considering long-term growth and security.

Balancing passion with practicality? Why not align them? What does “practical” even mean if your dream is driving you? If your passion fuels you there’s always a way to integrate it into your career path. It’s not about choosing one or the other but, finding ways to turn what you love into something that’s both fulfilling and sustainable. Explore opportunities where your passion adds value and don’t let conventional ideas of practicality limit your vision. If your dream is worth pursuing, then make it your reality by aligning your career with what truly lights you up. At some point cars and indoor plumbing wasn't practical. I'm glad no one told them how impractical those ideas where. :)
