The world's largest recruiter of remote full-time jobs, enabling world-class tech talent to qualify for elite jobs.
About us
Crossover is a global recruitment company, founded in 2014. We're the world's largest recruiter that specializes in elite full-time remote jobs, hiring the top 1% of tech talent from every corner of the planet. We find awesome talent in overlooked places, by posting jobs all over the world, and giving everyone an equal opportunity to prove their skills are world-class. Our system of AI-powered assessments is based on objective factors that are scientifically proven to predict high performance (e.g. cognitive aptitude). 𝐇𝐄𝐋𝐏𝐅𝐔𝐋 𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐊𝐒: 🧑 Reviews from people we've hired: crossover.com/reviews 💼 Current openings: crossover.com/jobs 💎 Hire someone for your company: crossover.com/hire ♟️ How the process works: crossover.com/selection-process ❓ FAQs: crossover.com/help ~~~ 𝑵𝒐𝒕𝒆: Crossover jobs are are fully compliant with LinkedIn's policies, as well as the applicable laws in every country where we advertise. Allow us to clarify some common misconceptions: 1) The reason we post so many job ads is because LinkedIn organizes all job postings by location. So, the only way to reach candidates all over the world is to post multiple ads in every city you want to hire from. Most recruiters don't bother because it's too time consuming... but we're not most recruiters. 2) We mostly recruit independent contractors, not employees, because labor laws vary so much from one country to another that it's near-impossible to recruit globally otherwise (which is why it's still uncommon even though most jobs can now be done remotely). 3) As is standard for any self-employed person, the stated pay is the entire compensation package. Because they are not employees, each contractor is responsible for handling the things that an employer would take care of e.g. taxes, equipment, vacation time, health insurance. One of the major reasons that Crossover jobs pay so much more than local jobs is to overcompensate for these costs. It's hard, but it's worth it!

It's designed to find the best - and if you're not careful, you might accidentally opt yourself out. Don't let these 5 common mistakes stop your dream job in its tracks. Direct advice from our VP of People and Talent Ops: Heather Lother! Top mistakes to avoid: ➡️ Ignoring Instructions: Overlooking details? Not here. Following guidelines is the first test of whether you’re ready for high performance. ➡️ Rushing Through Skills Tests: Quality over speed. Take your time, show your skills, and remember, this isn’t a race - it’s about precision. ➡️ Inaccessible Submissions: Recruiters can't access your files. That’s a red flag. Show you care by testing access before you click send. 🔥 Ready to nail your application? 🔥 Spicy take: Return-to-office mandates might be the best thing to happen to your tech career in 2024. Let me explain... We've been watching something fascinating unfold in tech: • 90% of US companies mandating RTO • Top talent fleeing to remote-first startups • A massive power shift happening right under our noses Here's what nobody's talking about 🧵 1. The Great Brain Drain While tech giants are forcing people back to offices, the REAL magic is happening elsewhere. Top performers aren't complying - they're leaving. And they're taking their expertise to smaller, remote-first companies that are innovating faster than ever. 2. The Hidden Opportunity This mass exodus is creating unprecedented opportunities: • Senior roles opening up at innovative startups • Higher salaries for remote positions • More autonomy and impact potential 3. The Power Shift Big secret: This isn't just about where you work - it's about a fundamental power shift in tech. Remote-first companies are becoming the new innovation hubs. Why? Because they're attracting the best talent. 4. The Career Accelerator Here's the gold: Working remotely for smaller companies often means: • Faster career growth • Direct access to top minds • Real impact on company direction • Better work-life integration The math is simple: Top Talent + Remote Work + Innovative Startups = Career Rocket Fuel 🚀 5. Your Move The next 12 months will be crucial. While others scramble back to offices, you have a choice: Join the old guard 🏢 OR Be part of the future 💫 The real question isn't whether to return to office. It's whether you'll use this moment to catapult your career forward. Your move. 😉 🔥 Hot Take: RTO mandates aren't a setback - they're separating the future-focused players from those stuck in the past. What's your take? Are you seeing this shift in your industry? #TechCareers #RemoteWork #FutureOfWork #CareerGrowth
