Quince is an affordable luxury brand that sells high-quality fashion and home goods at radically low prices— direct from the factory floor. The company has pioneered a manufacturer-to-consumer (M2C) retail model in which factories produce inventory on a near just-in-time basis and ship their goods directly to consumers' doorsteps, cutting out financial and environmental waste. Quince is headquartered in San Francisco, CA and partners with more than 50 top manufacturers around the world. Most recently, Quince completed a $77 million Series B upround raise. The investment was led by Wellington Management with participation from GGV Capital, and continuing participation from Basis Set Ventures, Insight Partners, Lugard Road, and 8VC. I don't post a ton on Linkedin - And don't worry, I'm not trying to become a linkedinfluencer. That said - I witnessed such positive interactions with the recent post about my experience with Southwest Airlines, I figured - why not continue to highlight companies who are providing exceptional Customer Experience. This time - Quince gets the call out! My wife and I ordered a couch from them and it arrived yesterday around 1pm PST. Unfortunately, one of the legs was damaged and will need to be replaced. UGGHHHH - here comes the unpleasant experience of trying to contact customer support, hoping to talk to a human, trying to track down order numbers, waiting days and weeks to get this resolved, right? WRONG This morning (as in less than 24 hours after delivery) we had an email in our inbox from Quince, proactively looking to address the issue. WHAT? We were already fans of the company but experiences like this only solidify brand loyalty and satisfaction! #cxstars
