Motivation looks different for everyone; our role is to help people find what pushes them to tap into a deeper human power. For J.J. and T.J. Watt, a little competition and sibling rivalry fuels them to hit their maximum potential in a workout. With the launch of our new campaign, 'Find your push. Find your power.', we're celebrating all the ways that we help get people moving.

We know the power of boosting mental and physical wellbeing, which is why we want these benefits to be enjoyed by as many people as possible. For the fourth consecutive year, we’re committing support to our global social impact partners, to increase access to physical and mental wellness through financial contributions, curated Peloton classes and content, and community activations. Alia McCants our Senior Director, ESG - Social Impact, says: “We want to break down barriers to physical fitness and wellbeing in our communities, and our partners are the experts on the ground advancing this critical work. As we look ahead to the fourth year of the program, we’ll continue to identify and disrupt systemic inequities in health and wellness to build stronger communities globally.” Read more about our renewed commitment, and our 16 social impact partnerships on the Peloton Newsroom: https://bit.ly/3YpT43M

Latin Hispanic Heritage Month (#LHHM) is a time to appreciate and celebrate the contributions and influences of Hispanic Americans. Our employee resource group, LHIT(Latin/Hispanics In Tech), is on a mission to celebrate Latin/Hispanic cultures at Peloton with a drive to advance professional, personal, and educational opportunities. "Being surrounded by diverse individuals is incredibly important to me and I feel so lucky to have the opportunity to highlight Latin/Hispanic voices in the workplace and make our professional presence known!” said LHIT's co-lead Dani Duarte See what being a part of LHIT means to the rest of the board members, and let us know how you celebrate #LHHM.

Thank you Katie Deighton and the The Wall Street Journal for the opportunity to share in detail how Peloton’s marketing strategy is evolving. In my eight months as CMO at Peloton Interactive, I’ve enjoyed every second of the ride so far. I came into this role eyes wide open. In the immortal words of Instructor Jess Sims “Never easy, always worth it!” I’m excited and bullish about where we’re headed as a brand. Peloton’s marketing team is best-in-class and I’m eager to share the team’s new work later this fall. Stay tuned! https://lnkd.in/emiuhwWA
