This year’s summit is being held on Friday, November 8, from 8am-3pm in downtown Boston. It is slated to be a great day for networking amongst college students and employers. The mission of the Student Summit is to give first-generation and underrepresented college students a chance to connect with professionals within the commercial real estate business. Throughout the day, students will be able to learn about career opportunities, build industry connections, and learn about educational resources they can use to develop their real estate skills. We’re excited to celebrate the remarkable achievement of Jacob Kavesteen, William Dowell, Zykereyes Bennett, and Michael Morano who have successfully completed all 18 case studies —a significant milestone that reflects their dedication and hard work. Last week, Kelsey Shine and Chandlee Gustafson had the opportunity to attend Bisnow's Multifamily Summit! The event focused on financing development and acquisition deals, navigating constrained capital markets, and exploring new design trends in the multifamily sector.
