These documents were updated on January 6, 2020, with minor revisions on August 11, 2020, including the removal of references to the SlideShare business which we no longer operate; on February 1, 2022, to clarify how and where we will resolve any disputes that may arise with our members; on March 6, 2024, to provide more detail on the information submitted to create an account; and on July 31, 2024, to provide additional examples to illustrate the data sharing in Section 3 and to add hyperlinks to existing resources for how our users can exercise their rights. On September 18, 2024, we 1) added examples and other details to our Privacy Policy to clarify how we use personal data to develop and provide AI-powered services and share data with our affiliates, and to provide additional links to information that may be relevant to individuals in certain regions and 2) shared additional upcoming updates to our User Agreement, including more details on our generative AI features and how we recommend and moderate content and updates to our license.

We periodically update our User Agreement and Privacy Policy to help ensure our users understand their rights and responsibilities when they use LinkedIn, as well as how we collect, use and protect personal information.
We understand that our success in achieving our mission of connecting the world's professionals to make them more productive and successful is based on the trust our users have placed in LinkedIn.
