LinkedIn Premium subscriptions, such as Premium Career, Premium Business, Premium Company Page, LinkedIn Learning, Recruiter Lite, and Sales Navigator may be refundable within 7 days from the date the subscription is charged without premium usage. If you cancel your Premium subscription, all your Premium features, including InMail messages, will expire at the end of your billing cycle.
Notes:
- If your subscription was purchased via the LinkedIn iOS app, please Contact Apple to inquire about cancellations and refunds. All iOS refunds must be issued by Apple. You’ll need to click the No Thanks, Continue button to connect with an Apple support rep via email or chat.
-
If you live in Denmark or the Netherlands, we'll cancel your subscription with a one-month notice and refund any part of your subscription period remaining.
-
Citizens of the European Union are entitled to a full refund during the 14 days after the subscription begins.
Note: This 14-day period begins when the subscription service starts. For example, if you signed up for a one-month free trial, the period begins on the first day of your free trial, so there will be no fees paid as a refund.
-
If you live in Germany, we'll cancel your subscription with a one-month notice and refund any part of your subscription period remaining (excluding the first year of an annual subscription).
-
If you made a purchase using Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) direct debit, you're entitled to a refund from your bank under the terms and conditions of your agreement with your bank. A SEPA direct debit refund must be claimed within eight weeks starting from the date on which your account was debited.
