Who can use this feature?
This feature is available only to Premium subscribers.
LinkedIn Premium subscribers can access competitive intelligence about current applicants, and an inside look at companies, their hiring trends, and their current employees. This knowledge can assist job seekers and hiring companies.
Competitive intelligence will only appear once the job posting has received at least three applicants.
Job seekers can see the followings details on job postings that they’re interested in:

The number of people who've already applied for the job you're viewing.

A percentage-based ranking of how your profile compares to other applicants, including experience and skills. You’ll see your ranking as a percentage (if you're within the top 50% of applicants).

A list of top skills among the applicant pool, including the skills that you have in common.

The experience and education levels of applicants.
Note: Applicant ranking isn't endorsed by the hiring company and may not accurately reflect the outcome of your job application. If they are also accepting applications on an external site, the data will reflect the people who clicked the link to apply on that site, and not necessarily the completed applications.
Hiring company information is based on LinkedIn profile data. It will only appear if the company has a sufficient number of employees on LinkedIn who have complete profiles.
Job seekers can see the followings details about a company they’re interested in:

The number of employees and hiring trends over the past 24 months.

Growth rate of the company over the past 24 months.

Tenure of employees at the current company (and the ability to view the top job titles, if available).

Other companies and schools that the hiring company hires from.

Hires who worked at the same company listed on your profile.

Hires who went to the same school listed on your profile.

Jobs where you're a top applicant: A list of job postings where you're in the top 50% of applicants, based on the current role, experience, and skills listed on your profile.

A list of fastest growing companies for those in your field, based on the number of people with industries and job titles similar to yours that were hired in the past 12 months.
