Will you share it on your website? You created athletic K5 strategic plan that focused on literacy resulting in increased teacher competency by 55%. So that's very impressive and I've been waiting to ask this question. So the plan was I split up the schedule. We got approval from the district to put a halt on curriculum to to an extent on like A&B days and so a days we strictly focused on skills letter sound recognition, blends. Writing if they needed help with fluency, but they need to help with comprehension. And it was seriously, it was an all hands on deck. Our small groups were no more than five students and each group was built off of their personal goals and what they needed to work with. And so of course I would create resources for all those students, all of those groups and so on. Or 8 days we focus on skills. On our B days we we still focused on the curriculums. We did that for six weeks and our kindergarteners went from 6% to 72. Percent of proficiency and teacher competency increased just by having more data meetings. Meetings focused on the content in itself. That data came from like surveys from asking teachers, you know, how much did you know before? How much do you know? After evaluating the effectiveness of coaching and and 55% of teachers that I work with, the National Teacher Plan felt like their competency had improved based off of just the strategies and the methods as well as the resources that we use to push our students.

Today we’re rolling out our first Quarterly Research Note, which documents and describes the most up-to-date research on high-dosage tutoring. We examined the design, implementation, and impact of several of our tutoring grantees. Key themes include: expanding the pool of tutors; supporting tutor training and development; establishing the school conditions for successful tutoring implementation; the critical role of tutoring dosage; and the promise of virtual tutoring.
