Urgent hiring for Senior Java Technical Architect, if interested please let me know, Role: Senior Java Technical Architect Location: Bentonville, AR (On-site) Employment Type: Long-Term Contract We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Technical Architect with exceptional communication abilities and a proven track record in client interaction. Key Responsibilities: Act as a technical architect, responsible for designing scalable solutions. Utilize expertise in Java programming and design to architect solutions that meet client requirements. Proficiency in cloud technologies, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Extensive experience in implementing and customizing Java Open CMS (Content Management System). (Added Advantage, Not Mandatory) Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural guidelines. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Provide technical guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java technologies. Proven experience in technical leadership roles, with a strong emphasis on client-facing interactions. Deep understanding of Java backend development, coupled with proficiency in frontend technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to architect complex solutions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
