"Awww, how freaking adorable is Emma Stone?! Looks like the redhead was inspired by The Help when she picked this full-skirted black tea-length Alexander McQueen confection with lace bodice. And thank god she didn't disappoint with the shoes, which are a totally girlie and delicious pair of embellished ankle-strap heels (also by McQueen, as is the clutch). Not to mention those stunning Luce diamond earrings by Tiffany & Co. When it comes to the red carpet, this fab fashionista obviously needs no help."

Lea Michele dials it way back tonight in this figure-flattering Versace gown with Lorraine Schwartz jewels and Fendi bag. If the Golden Globes was all about flashy beading and a see-through torso, tonight it's subtle color, stick-to-her-ribs bandage strips and one extreme thigh-high slit that shows off the Glee star's perfect gams and pointy Casadei stilettos. Neutral makeup and loose hair all combine to give this look a more effortless glam than she achieved on the last red carpet. Not that we were counting her out—it's never over until the sexy lady sings.

Holy hotness. After Angelina Jolie went all evil Disney queen at the Golden Globes, she could've easily slipped back into her snoozeville caftans, but oh no, this babe proves she isn't asleep at the wheel after all. Angie went in another direction altogether in a slinky black draped Jenny Packham halter gown with vintage gold bling (by House of Lavande and Platt Boutique) and a voluminous hairdo. It's the evil queen's edgy, badass little sister!

Michelle Williams told Giuliana Rancic she goes on instinct when it comes to picking her red carpet gowns. It looks like today's hunch is paying off with this elegant Valentino number with asymmetrical neckline and dainty lace cap sleeves, along with matching Lanvin clutch, heels and Fred Leighton for Forevermark jewels. It's head, shoulders and body above her dowdy Golden Globes look. Hey, you win some and you lose some—but tonight, Michelle's on a stylish streak. Here's hoping it carries all the way through to the Oscars!

Kristen Wiig was thisclose to being a red carpet knockout tonight. The Bridesmaids star looks so effortlessly chic in this slouchy, '70s-inspired Balenciaga halter gown with its blousy top and column skirt. But—and you know we have to go there—who let her out of the dressing room with this big black collar? All she needs is some chandelier earrings to make a statement, but this oversize Fred Leighton diamond lattice choker just overpowers the rest of her outfit. Sorry, babe, but we're sending this fugly accessory straight to the doghouse!

Zoe Saldana, show the people how it's done! The Avatar star is just a presenter tonight, but that didn't keep her from bringing the glam in a shimmering white Givenchy Haute Couture by Riccardo Tisci gown and Tiffany jewels. It's the epitome of shabby chic: breezy without being baggy and every part of her glitters with crystals and diamonds. Someone nominate this gorgeous woman for fashion trophy, stat!

Presenting Amber Heard, the fashionista. The Rum Diary star usually veers toward vintage Hollywood glamour with lots of curves and curls. But she's shaking it up for the SAG Awards, strutting the red carpet in a very futuristic-looking Zac Posen gown with strategically placed cutouts, edgy eye makeup and teased-up hair. Lucky girl, she can get away with any look she chooses!

Who else but quirky Aussie star Rose Byrne would dare rock a sparkling jumpsuit to an awards show? The Bridesmaids actress confessed that she passed on this plunging sequined Elie Saab piece for an Emmys show, but we're so glad she decided to eventually wear it, 'cause it's totes standing out on the carpet along with her cute bob, Jimmy Choo heels and gold clutch. "I love a jumpsuit," Rose told Giuliana Rancic. It's not easy pulling off a '70s flashback, but this babe's look is def stayin' alive.

Dianna Agron just can't stop hitting the high notes! The Glee starlet looks lovely in a feminine, ruffly fuchsia Carolina Herrera belted gown. (This fab hue was big last year, but smart move wearing it now, when nobody else is—it's a sure-fire way to get noticed.) Add the cute milkmaid fishtail braid and Ferragamo clutch and this actress just oozes a relaxed, comfortable and effortlessly pretty vibe. Love it. A for awesome!

Kaley Cuoco is perfectly dressed in this frothy confection…if she were subbing in for Barbie atop a 5-year-old's birthday cake. The over-the-head braid is just too precious to wear with such a fussy dress. And black seems like it would have been a much more fashionable color for this Romona Keveza gown with its sweetheart neckline, ballgown skirt and textured flowers. We're getting a sugar rush just looking at the Big Bang star

She's a double nominee, so redhead Ellie Kemper had to bring the bling tonight. And she did it with this emerald sequined Lorena Sarbu gown and Marina B. earrings. The silhouette is simple but necessary when she's wearing this much sparkle. Plus there's the possibility of a flash of skin to spice things up with her thigh-high slit. The only room for improvement might be her simply pulled-back hair—good for The Office but not so much the red carpet.

Jane Krakowski had her baby almost a year ago, so she can't blame newborn sleep deprivation for this odd red carpet pick. So what made the 30 Rock star head out to the SAG Awards with a scoop-neck Antonio Berardi gown that essentially makes her look topless except for some strategically placed stones over her torso? Blame it on the babysitter and a night out without the kid. Mama's cutting loose tonight, and good taste has got nothing to do with it.

Shailene Woodley plays a teen on ABC Family's The Secret Life of the American Teenager, plus the Descendants star is only 20 in real life. So why, oh why, is she wearing a floral print that belongs to the AARP set? There's nothing wrong, per se, with this slinky L'Wren Scott silhouette, but the big splashy flowers are better suited to a senior citizen's swimsuit than the red carpet gown of a Hollywood ingenue. Shailene, please put this one in the back of your closet and don't bring it out again for a very, very long time.

Well, whodathunkit? Ashlee Simpson just showed up as her boyfriend Vincent Piazza's date, but this babe came out of nowhere and shut the red carpet down in a dazzling sparkly Jenny Packham gown, Swarovski clutch and Loree Rodkin earrings. With her smoky makeup and blonde locks parted to the side, this is the most grown-up and elegant this fashion-challenged star has ever looked. Talk about some glam arm candy—way to go, Ash!
