Disney was capable of too many cinematic adventures, but this one,matching with Dali was so bizarre and in a way so reasonably arty, that its rare that was cancelled and had to wait posterity to be finished.

Description: To a song of love lost and rediscovered, a woman sees and undergoes surreal transformations. Her lover's face melts off, she dons a dress from the shadow of a bell and becomes a dandelion, ants crawl out of a hand and become Frenchmen riding bicycles. Not to mention the turtles with faces on their backs that collide to form a ballerina, or the bizarre baseball game. From the melting clocks and hourglass sand, to the figure rendered in strips, to the character covered in eyeballs, the style and themes of Dalí are clearly recognizable throughout. "Beautiful imagery occasionally marred by the era when it was made having CGI that's now just a default thing you can Blender up in minutes. I've always had a thing with some of Dali's imagery where it freaks me the hell out since I occasionally get panic attacks and whatnot where the primary cognitive function I perform is free association of visuals or words and some of his work perfectly encapsulates the former with it's free-flowing nature and that is well on display in this short. "
