This inner city black exploitation film challenged the baseball world, first: by including the worst actor ever, Keanu Reeves; and second: by modernizing the Bad News Bears with an inner city feel. What ever happened to good baseball movies like, the Natural or Major League?

I wasn't expecting much from this flick but since I have a weak spot for Keanu Reeves and Diane Lane, I thought I should check it out anyway.
