This movie is an insult to moustaches everywhere. Comparing them to pubic hair on a vagina as a rich source for humor is low brow. It's one of the many desperate attempts at molesting your funny bone in this crap caper comedy.

Initial Thought: So this is one I am watching out of sheer boredom. The trailer looked awful and boring. I do like the cast so I say what the hell.

Dear God, what the hell happened to Johnny Depp?!? Last year, he came up with 'Transcendence' which sounded promising but turned out to be eventually easily the most disappointing movie released in 2014 but, this year, he managed to show up in something even more underwhelming. " DVD- 1hr. 46min. First Viewing I was surprised by Mortdecai. Not by the film's failure, because it does fail on so many levels; no, by the way it fails. I assumed that it would just be a mess of a movie where so much is going on that it would be incomprehensible. The film proved me wrong, it wasn't a jarring mess as much as it was simply just a plodding bore. Yes, there are a few good laughs to be had here (Paul Bettany likely gets the most), but the film seems to want to be both a goofy screwb"
