This is Edgar Allan Poe's most famous horror story. There is speculation about how he knew so well the feelings of the protagonist - was he subject to similar impulses?

It was read with my new Plantronics SAVI 440 clip-on headset. I was mainly trying it out, but it seems to work well enough. Usually I use this kind of microphone with voice recognition software, for writing of stories and articles.
