Global Sales Analytics Lead Responsibilities
  • Provide analytical, strategic, and operational support for Meta’s Sales & Marketing Business organization, “Meta Business Group” (MBG), with the primary objective of enabling the leadership team to make effective, analytically driven and strategic operating decisions.
  • Create data visualizations and reporting in Tableau to help key stakeholders better understand the business and track important metrics.
  • Create pipelines for new metrics/new reports.
  • Identify and use signals to identify opportunities for new insights and trends that may impact business decisions, short and long-term growth, resource allocation, and workforce strategy, investment in product support, and optimization of tools and systems.
  • Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and data visualization to tell the story behind the numbers.
  • Effectively plan and collaborate with team members on data-driven projects to improve internal tools, systems, and data pipeline.
  • Help establish short and long-term goals that will advance the organization’s productivity through analytics.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis for MBG leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires a Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field and 18 months of experience in finance, data science, strategy, business operations, or in a related industry.Requires 18 months of experience involving the following:
  • 1. Advanced SQL coding experience including working with complex datasets (create, maintain, and improve data sets, pipelines and reporting)
  • 2. Experience utilizing both qualitative analysis (eg content analysis, hypothesis testing) and quantitative analysis techniques (eg cluster analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics)
  • 3. Experience initiating and completing analytical projects with minimal guidance, including stakeholder and project management
  • 4. Experience presenting technical content to non-technical audiences and leadership
  • 5. Leading strategic implementation and planning for risk and growth
  • 6. Building business reporting and analysis tools, including reports and dashboards
  • 7. Creating automated global sales productivity reporting and dashboard using Heroku
  • 8. Case research and creating analysis reporting for sales account ownership disputes
  • 9. Develop territory smart assignment models and products using Python, VBA and Alteryx and
  • 10. Automating data mapping through DemandTools.

$193,034/year to $205,700/year + bonus + equity + benefits
