Amazing. Used Udon, added some peas and spring onion to flesh out the portion sizes- brought some freshness which was needed. Add a red chilli into the blending stage, spicy…. Yum…. you won’t regret it .

Really good and healthy but needs chilli oil / extra seasoning to spice it up(or maybe the it’s just me being greedy)!
