Very rich .... 2nd time I made it I used less peanut butter, more yogurt and water and def more spinach .

Don't use a pot in place of a pan - the water doesn't cook off quickly enough and it affects the end consistency as well as flavour.

Loved the spices but 5tbsp of peanut butter was a lot. Would try with 3tbsp next time

i marinated the chicken before hand w/ similar seasonings and also didn’t follow the measuring guide for seasonings explicitly , still turned out great :)
