Ingredients: 2 ribeye steaks (about 10 oz each) 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined 2 tbsp olive oil 4 garlic cloves, minced 2 tsp paprika 1 tsp dried oregano Salt and pepper to taste 2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp lemon juice Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) Instructions: Season steaks with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet and sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side until desired doneness. Remove and let rest. In the same skillet, add butter, garlic, and shrimp. Cook shrimp for 2 minutes per side until pink. Add oregano, lemon juice, and remaining oil to the skillet; stir to coat shrimp. Serve steak topped with shrimp and garnish with parsley.
