Summer in the Swiss alps

Cows go up in June, come down in September--in summer, these happy bovines graze and produce fabulous Alp cheese. Their humans tend the chalet, do the milking and feed passing hikers. From the low-rise mountains of Ticino to the high alps of the Berner Oberland, there is nothing quite like a Swiss mountain summer!
