How nice ;) Ingredients: 1 lb grape tomatoes 4 cloves garlic grated or finely minced 3 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp salt 6 chicken breasts ½ tsp ground pepper ½ cup pesto (homemade or store bought) 6 slice prosciutto 6 slices provolone 6 basil leaves. -Preheat oven to 375F -Add tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and ½ tsp salt to a large oven safe baking tray. -Season chicken breast with remaining salt and pepper -Place Chicken on top of tomatoes. -Top each breast of chicken with about 1½ tbsp of pesto, 1 slice of prosciutto and 1 slice provolone. -Bake for 25-30 minute or until the chicken has an internal temp of 165F. -Use a fork to mash the tomatoes.
